1. Answer a few questions
Tell us how you communicate, when you focus, how you like feedback, and a handful of other things teammates usually have to learn the slow way. The starter set is about 12 questions.
2. Pick what's public
Mark each answer as visible or private. Your public persona only shows what you opt in. You can change your mind later — edits go live immediately.
3. Share the link
Drop your persona link into your email signature, Slack profile, or new-teammate onboarding. Unpublish anytime. If a URL ever feels stale, generate a new one and the old one stops working.
